Turn-Key Cost - Turn-Key Price

The term, Turn-Key Cost, refers to total cost or price of a home that has been completed to the point that you are able to "turn the key" to the front door to move in and begin living in it. The Turn-Key Cost includes everthing needed to build a home to a finished stage. Many log home companies offer a "turn-key" package, but that only refers to the materials needed to complete their plan. The cost of labor, appliances, fixtures, HVAC, and property must be added to get final Turn-Key Cost.
