The term, Log Cabin Homes, typically
refers to a smaller log structure, probably to be used
for recreational purposes or as a second home. Often
the term, Log Cabin Home, is used to
simply denote that the home is of a log cabin type of
construction, and does not necessarily imply any certain
size of home.
Log Cabin Homes are popular as full-sized,
full-time residences. Logs offer outstanding thermal
protection and structural strength, as well as being
